Term 2 Adult Curriculum
Acrylics: Circling the Landscape.
This term we'll be influenced by at the work of Queensland painter & lithographer, William Robinson AO (b1936).
His work has been inspired by the typical Australian Farmyard the Bush and the Rainforest particularly around Springbrook in the Gold Coast hinterland.
We too, will explore our own environments, both real and imagined to produce paintings in beautiful, free-flowing colour.
If you are new to Acrylics or are a more experienced artist, you will learn new and exciting ways to move the colour over the canvas and ‘pull out’ a painting and resolve your work with a few mixed-media techniques and additional mediums as an added bonus.
