School Holiday Programmes

Dynamic School Holiday Programmes

When term-time is over, ArtAbility moves into Holiday mode, but the fun doesn't stop.

Classes for Children:

Prep-Yr3, (Age 5-8) Monday afternoons.

Young children will be engaged in Art & Craft lessons which are varied and enjoyable with activities applicable to their age level. Each time children visit they will experience something different which will engage their interest and be pitched at their skill level. Drawing, painting, collage, and print-making are very popular with these children.

Afternoon Workshops for Children:

Yr4-7 (Age 8-12) Tues and Wed: 1-4pm

Holiday Work-shops give children an opportunity to embrace extensive learning experiences.

Each day a different activity will be presented, building skills and techniques across a wide variety of mediums.

Each work-shop is designed to be a stand-alone session which will cater for all ability levels and completed work will be produced. Students are encouraged to be creative and enjoy their art-making.

Some of the topics offered so far include Drawing, Water-Colour, Paper Craft, Print Making, Fashion Design, Painting, Cartooning, Manga, Mixed-Media, Making Mini Books, Mask-Making and Puppet-Making.
